These Terms describe the WagerWiener website and paid waitlist offered by WagerTech Enterprises, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Read them before purchasing. A purchase is subject to the terms disclosed and validly accepted in the purchase process. This page does not itself record your consent to recurring charges or change an existing purchase retroactively.
1. What you are buying
You are purchasing a recurring paid founding-waitlist subscription that funds development—not access to a finished application. No app access, betting picks, or scheduled emails are included yet. The membership-status checker only verifies a paid waitlist subscription; it is not an app login or a billing-management tool.
The app remains in development. We do not guarantee that it will launch, when it will launch, which features it will have, or when you might receive access. Website previews, sample tickets, and simulated results illustrate a concept, not available betting tools or historical performance. Do not subscribe if you expect immediate app access or a guaranteed launch.
“Founder” describes paid waitlist membership. It does not confer shares, ownership, voting rights, an investment return, or a share of revenue. These Terms do not promise lifetime access, a permanent price, or future benefits not expressly included in your accepted offer.
2. Billing and automatic renewal
- Billed today. Your initial payment is charged when you complete checkout. This is not a free waitlist, free trial, or payment deferred until launch.
- Recurring plans. The monthly plan renews every month. The quarterly plan renews every three months. Your selected subscription automatically renews, and recurring charges continue, until you cancel.
- Amount and currency. Checkout displays the selected plan’s price, billing interval, currency, and applicable taxes before you pay. Pricing is in Canadian dollars for connections identified as Canadian and US dollars otherwise. Check the currency before paying; contact support if it is wrong. Currency selection does not establish eligibility or permission to use the Service in a particular jurisdiction.
- Payment processing. Stripe processes payments. By completing a purchase and authorizing recurring payments, you authorize charges for the selected subscription on the disclosed terms. Your card issuer or payment provider may separately impose currency-conversion or other fees.
The absence or delay of a product launch does not, by itself, pause a paid waitlist renewal. You may cancel at any time, and the refund policy and mandatory consumer rights below still apply. Review your receipt and billing records, and contact us if a charge appears incorrect.
A future price or billing change will not alter a charge already made. We will provide any required advance notice and obtain any consent required by law before applying a change. You may cancel before a changed renewal takes effect.
3. Cancel anytime
Email support@wagerwiener.com to cancel. Sending the request from your purchase email helps us identify the subscription; if you cannot use that address, contact us for help identifying it securely. There is no early-cancellation fee, and you do not have to wait for the app to launch. Do not send full card details.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself refund a charge already made. Request cancellation before the next renewal to avoid that charge. A request received before renewal is effective for that renewal even if we process it later. If you are charged after a timely cancellation request, contact us to have the charge corrected. Your statutory rights and the refund policy below are not limited by these instructions.
Deleting browser data, checking membership status, or unsubscribing from promotional email does not cancel a subscription. The public status checker cannot manage billing.
4. First-charge refund and other remedies
Email support@wagerwiener.com within 14 days of your first charge to request a full refund of that charge. The full refund includes any taxes collected as part of that charge. This voluntary first-charge policy does not restart with each renewal. You may ask to cancel and receive the first-charge refund in the same email.
Outside that offer, we do not promise a refund merely because you stop using the website or cancel during a billing period. However, this does not exclude refunds for charges made in error, charges after a timely cancellation, a failure to supply what was agreed, or any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other remedy provided by applicable law. No part of these Terms turns the 14-day offer into a limit on longer or additional statutory rights.
5. Eligibility and no wagering
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, have capacity to enter a contract, and meet any higher applicable minimum age. The Service is intended for eligible adults in the United States and Canada where lawful. Availability of a webpage or successful payment is not a representation that every feature or transaction is lawful in your location.
WagerWiener does not accept, place, or settle wagers, hold betting funds, or operate a sportsbook. Subscription payments are fees for paid waitlist membership, not betting deposits. Any future informational tools would not guarantee winnings or eliminate risk. Gambling can result in losses; do not treat fictional demonstrations as financial advice or evidence of likely results. Any wagering elsewhere is subject to that operator’s rules and the laws and age restrictions that apply to you.
6. Responsible use and website content
You may use the website for your personal, lawful purposes. Do not:
- Provide false purchase information, impersonate another person, or use a payment method without authorization.
- Check another person’s membership without their permission, collect membership information in bulk, or bypass request limits or access controls.
- Interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or use it for fraud or unlawful activity.
- Copy or commercially exploit our branding, software, or content without permission, except where applicable law permits.
We and our licensors retain rights in the website and its content. Your subscription does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Nothing here prevents uses permitted by law or the exercise of consumer rights.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling, including the fact that someone who knows an email address may check whether it has an active paid waitlist membership. Stripe and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.
8. Availability and ending the Service
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website availability. We may restrict misuse or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Any restriction remains subject to your cancellation, refund, and other legal rights; it does not authorize charges for a subscription we have ended.
If we discontinue the paid waitlist, we will stop further renewals and address outstanding subscriptions and refunds in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the affected purchase. We cannot use a change to the website or these Terms to erase obligations already owed to you.
9. Consumer rights, warranties, and responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These include applicable US state and Canadian federal or provincial consumer protections, including Québec protections where applicable.
Subject to those rights and our express commitments, the website and concept demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. This statement is not a disclaimer of the paid waitlist, cancellation, or refund commitments described above.
We do not accept responsibility for wagering decisions made independently with third parties, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Questions and disputes
Please contact support if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising statutory remedies or meeting a legal deadline.
To the extent permitted by law, Nevada law governs these Terms, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. You retain the ability to bring a claim in any court available to you under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action or jury-trial rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We will identify updates with a new effective date and provide any legally required notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively, not retroactively to resolve an existing dispute or remove an accrued right. A material change to an existing subscription is subject to required notice and consent; posting revised Terms or your merely continuing to visit the website is not a substitute for that consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
